Finca El General

Sourced from Finca El General Estate in the Acatenango region of Guatemala, this premium Bourbon coffee is cultivated at elevations of over 1,800 meters. Since 1954, the estate has been dedicated to coffee cultivation, continuously refining its farming practices and green bean processing techniques to produce exceptional specialty coffee.

The estate grows a variety of premium cultivars, including Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, and Catuai. Shade-grown under native silver oak, avocado, and peach trees, the coffee is naturally protected by companion plants such as Pericón, oregano, and pepper trees, promoting biodiversity and sustainable cultivation.

This Bourbon varietal offers elegant floral aromas with notes of caramel, citrus, and chocolate, complemented by a rich sweetness and a smooth, lingering finish.
