I. Scope of Services & Account Security
Service Content
The Website provides services including online reservations, promotional package inquiries, latest news updates, and member account management.
Accuracy of Information
When creating an account, users are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information.
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password. All activities conducted through the registered account will be deemed to be performed by the account holder.
II. Online Reservation & Payment Policy
Reservation Confirmation
A reservation contract is established once the booking process is completed and a Booking Confirmation Email is issued or a successful reservation confirmation page is displayed.
Payment & Deposit Policy
A deposit will be collected according to the agreed payment terms, or the full room charge may be collected as a reservation guarantee.
Payment Security
All online payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway using SSL encryption technology. The hotel does not store complete credit card numbers or CVV security codes.
III. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with the Taiwan Tourism Administration’s Standard Form Contract for Individual Accommodation Reservations.
Cancellation more than 3 days prior to the check-in date (excluding the check-in date)
A full refund of the deposit will be provided.
Cancellation 1–2 days prior to the check-in date (excluding the check-in date)
50% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellation on the check-in date or No-show
The full pre-paid room charge will be retained and is non-refundable.
IV. Guest Check-in Instructions & Hotel Policies
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Self check-in kiosks are available in the lobby. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon arrival.
Non-Smoking Policy
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and indoor public areas. Violations will result in a cleaning fee equivalent to one night’s room rate, and may be subject to penalties in accordance with applicable regulations.
Breakfast Service
A vegetarian breakfast featuring lacto-ovo vegetarian options with five-pungent-spice ingredients is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Guests must present a breakfast voucher to access the dining area.
Sustainability Policy
To support environmental sustainability, disposable guest amenities such as toothbrushes, razors, and combs are not provided proactively. Guests are encouraged to bring their own personal items.
Damage & Cleaning Charges
Guests may be responsible for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning charges resulting from damage, excessive stains, or improper use of room facilities, bedding, linens, or other hotel property.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted on hotel premises, except for guide dogs, hearing dogs, service animals, or guests participating in designated pet-friendly accommodation packages.
V. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances
In the event of force majeure circumstances, including typhoons, earthquakes, or other natural disasters, reservation changes or cancellations will be determined based on official government announcements regarding transportation, weather conditions, and related impacts.
Guest Notification
Guests are required to contact the hotel proactively before or on the scheduled check-in date regarding reservation changes or cancellations.
Natural Disaster Arrangements
Once a force majeure event is officially recognized, guests may choose either:
- A 100% refund of the deposit, or
- A one-time postponement of the reservation, which must be used within one year.
Failure to Notify
If a force majeure event occurs but the guest fails to contact the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to retain the deposit according to the reservation policy.
