For registration purposes, please present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport upon check-in.
Hotel Policies
- All guest rooms and indoor public areas are non-smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes). A cleaning fee equivalent to one night's room rate will be charged for any violation.
- A vegetarian buffet breakfast featuring five-pungent-spice, ovo-vegetarian, and lacto-vegetarian options is included with your stay. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please present your breakfast voucher upon entry.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to or excessive soiling of in-room facilities, amenities, towels, bedding, or other hotel property. Repair, replacement, or cleaning charges may apply.
- In support of Taiwan's environmental policy, disposable guest amenities are not provided.
- To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please keep noise to a minimum during the evening hours.
Additional Guests & Room Upgrades
- Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge.

An additional guest fee of NT$900 per person applies, which includes one breakfast at Gaia Vegetarian and in-room amenities. Extra beds are not available.
This offer is not available during the Lunar New Year holiday. Rates are subject to on-site pricing.

Cancellation Policy｜Our cancellation policy is in accordance with the Standard Form Contract for Individual Accommodation Reservations announced by the Taiwan Tourism Administration.
Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 3 days prior to the check-in date (excluding the check-in date) and receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
※Natural Disasters & Force Majeure
In the event of a typhoon, earthquake, or other force majeure circumstances, reservation changes or cancellations will be handled in accordance with official government announcements regarding transportation and weather conditions.
Guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel on or before the scheduled check-in date to arrange a reservation cancellation or postponement.
Eligible reservations may receive either:
- A 100% refund of the deposit, or
- A one-time reservation postponement, valid for use within one year.
If no notification is received prior to the scheduled arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to retain the deposit in accordance with the reservation policy.
